Iraqi summag (sumac) salad

Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- salt
- olive oil
Instructions:
- Remove the skin of the cucumbers in stripes. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise. Cut each of these halves into half-moon shapes, ensuring they are 1-2 mm thick. Place the cucumbers in a bowl for the salad.
- Dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces - make sure they are not too big or too small. Combine with the cucumbers.
- Cut the onion into long strips and mix with the tomato and cucumber.
- Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salad, then sprinkle sumac and salt according to your preference. Stir everything together thoroughly. Bon appétit.
