Imitation crab and egg salad

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 450g imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup mayo
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 6 slices of white bread, toasted
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Let the eggs cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then remove them from the water. Once cooled, peel and coarsely chop the eggs. Set them aside to cool further.
