Hot pot garden pasta salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked rotini pasta
  • 60g bottle italian salad dressing
  • 3/8 cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/60g grated parmigiano-reggiano
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Heat a big pot filled with slightly salted water until it starts bubbling. Add the pasta and cook until it is firm but cooked through. Drain the pasta afterwards.
  2. Combine the pasta with Italian dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, blend Parmigiano-Reggiano with Italian seasoning and gently stir it into the salad. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
