Holy guacamole pasta salad

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely grated
- Kosher salt
- 4 cups grape tomatoes (red and yellow), halved
- 2 avocados, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 230g fusilli pasta
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Combine the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a big bowl. Mix in the tomatoes and avocados gently with the dressing. Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature as you get the pasta ready.
