Herb and seed salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 heads Little Gem lettuce, rough ends lopped off, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • juice of 1/2 small lemon
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • fresh ground pepper
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the lettuce and herbs.
  2. Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl. Drizzle some over the salad and mix well. Garnish with seeds, pepper, and salt.
