Heirloom tomato salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Heirloom Tomato
  • 1 handful Burrata cheese, pulled into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 handful Baby greens
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut a medium-sized heirloom tomato into slices that are approximately 5 3/4 inches thick after washing it. Add salt, pepper, and burrata cheese on top of each slice. In a bowl, combine baby greens with a pinch of salt, pepper, and balsamic vinaigrette. Place a small handful of the mixed greens on each tomato slice, stacking them from the largest to the smallest. Transfer the assembled tomatoes onto a plate. Finish by drizzling the rest of the balsamic vinaigrette on top of the tomatoes.
