Heirloom tomato and summer peach salad

Indulge in the vibrant flavors of ripe heirloom tomatoes and juicy summer peaches with this refreshing salad bursting with seasonal freshness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 colorful heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 fresh juicy, in season peaches
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tomatoes, peaches, and half of the basil bundle into small pieces and place them in a beautiful glass bowl.
  2. Dice the red onion into small pieces and include it as well.
  3. Pour some olive oil over the mixture and then season with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Mix everything together and allow the tomato juice to blend well with the olive oil for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Present the dish at ambient temperature outdoors alongside great company, quality wine, and freshly made bread!
