Healthy teriyaki chicken and mango bowl
Delicious teriyaki chicken combined with sweet mango in a healthy bowl. Bursting with amazing flavors and perfect for a nutritious meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Semi Ripe Mango
- 1 cup Ripe Avocado
- 1 piece Sweet red pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salad dressing of your choice.
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions:
- Dice chicken breast into small pieces. Cook chicken in a pan until done and toss with Teriyaki sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
- Dice partially ripe Mango, avocado, and sweet red pepper to your preferred size for the bowl
- Mix chicken with remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir or arrange in a pattern as you like.
- Top with sesame seeds and cilantro, then drizzle with a tasty dressing
