Health salad

Fresh and vibrant health salad bursting with flavorful ingredients such as crisp vegetables, nutritious greens, tangy vinaigrette, and crunchy nuts. Perfect for a refreshing and nourishing meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 3 to 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, such as Vidalia, thinly sliced
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable or avocado oil
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the red and green cabbage, carrot, cucumbers, radishes, red and green bell peppers, and onion in a big bowl. Put in the vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly to cover everything.
  2. Wrap the salad and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or leave it overnight.
