Hali's simple green salad

Delight your taste buds with this simple green salad bursting with fresh flavors and vibrant colors. A perfect harmony of crisp textures and zesty dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped into 2 to 3 inch pieces
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small fermented carrot, sliced
  • Sprinkle of Parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Place the lettuce in a big bowl and add salt and pepper according to your taste preference.
  2. Pour some red wine vinegar over the lettuce. Then, using your clean hands, mix until the lettuce is coated.
  3. Add the blue cheese dressing to the salad and mix well. Taste it and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. Divide the salad into serving bowls. Add sliced cucumber and carrots on top. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over it. Serve the salad right away.
