Hali's simple green salad

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped into 2 to 3 inch pieces
- Himalayan sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small fermented carrot, sliced
- Sprinkle of Parmesan
Instructions:
- Place the lettuce in a big bowl and add salt and pepper according to your taste preference.
- Pour some red wine vinegar over the lettuce. Then, using your clean hands, mix until the lettuce is coated.
- Add the blue cheese dressing to the salad and mix well. Taste it and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
- Divide the salad into serving bowls. Add sliced cucumber and carrots on top. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over it. Serve the salad right away.
