Guy's caesar salad

Indulge in the classic flavors of Guy's Caesar Salad recipe. Crisp romaine lettuce, creamy dressing, zesty parmesan, and crunchy croutons create a tantalizing taste sensation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg*
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 heads of Romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the egg in a big mixing bowl. Combine all the other components leaving out the lettuce and cheese.
  2. Remove the stalks from the Romaine lettuces and arrange them decoratively on a serving plate. Scatter the Parmesan cheese over the lettuce and pour the dressing over it. Serve without delay.
