Grilled wedge salad skewers

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk or milk
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 head romaine lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix together the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and vinegar in a small bowl and stir until the mixture is well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat up a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Slide a few pieces of lettuce onto a skewer, followed by a cherry tomato; repeat this process twice so you end up with three lettuce bundles and three cherry tomatoes on each skewer. Continue with the remaining skewers.
- Coat both sides of the skewers with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Grill until slightly charred, flipping once, for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Place the skewers on a serving dish and drizzle with the blue cheese dressing. Serve right away.
