Grilled watermelon & prosciutto salad

  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 4 pieces prosciutto
  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill over medium heat. Slice the watermelon into 1-inch pieces (without the rind), similar to steaks, to ensure they stay intact on the grill.
