Grilled swordfish with mango salsa
Delight in the exquisite flavors of grilled swordfish paired with vibrant mango salsa. A perfect blend of smoky, savory, sweet, and tangy sensations.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 swordfish steaks, about 100g / 3.5 oz. each
- ½ mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1 shallot, thinly diced
- 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- a handfuls coriander/cilantro or mint leaves, chopped
- Baby salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
- Combine the diced mango, finely chopped shallot, chilli, lime zest and juice, and chopped coriander in a small bowl. Set it aside.
- Coat the fish with some oil and season it with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a griddle pan or grill, then grill the fish for about 3 minutes on each side until it gets a nice charred texture and is cooked through.
- Present the grilled fish right away, garnished with the salsa and accompanied by a side of crisp baby salad greens.
