Grilled salmon and avocado salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 hot pepper, seeded and diced

  • 910g salmon, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 cup lettuce
  • 1 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • sliced cherry tomatoes
  • cilantro leaves

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the components for the dressing in a sealed jar. Shake until thoroughly combined.
