Grilled nectarine poutine on a bed of green with boursin and blistered peppers
Indulge in the delightful combination of grilled nectarines, creamy Boursin cheese, and blistered peppers atop fresh greens. A savory and vibrant salad bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 piece Nectarine, sliced
- 150g Yogurt (1 small container)
- 2 cups Salad greens of choice
- 2 tablespoons Orange zest
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried mint
- 4 tablespoons Boursin Cheese with garlic and herbs
- 1/4 cup Slices of bell pepper (or 2 mini sweet peppers)
- 1 tablespoon Oil or cooking spray (if using grill pan)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or, if using a grill pan, lightly spray or coat with oil and heat over a medium-high temperature.
- Place the nectarine and pepper slices on the grill and cook until they are warm and show grill marks on both sides.
- While the fruits and vegetables are grilling, mix together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, mint, and 1 teaspoon of orange zest. Keep it in a cooler or the refrigerator.
- On each plate intended for serving, place the greens first and then add dollops or quenelles of the Boursin cheese.
- Once the nectarines and peppers are cooked, place them on the plates and drizzle with the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining orange zest over the dish as a garnish before serving immediately.
