Green pea salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup Diced Celery
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 cup cubed cheddar or jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cubed Velvetta cheese
  • 2 Hardboiled eggs, diced
  • Lawrys salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Thaw your frozen peas by rinsing them under cold water in a big colander. Make sure they are still slightly firm. Remove excess water.
