Green fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 4 cups diced ripe honeydew melon
  • 1 cup halved seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup peeled, sliced and quartered ripe kiwi (about 2)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (Optional)
  • 1 cup Lime Yogurt Dressing (optional)

Instructions:

  1. For making Lime Yogurt Dressing: Mix together yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. For preparing Green Fruit Salad: Mix melon, grapes, kiwi, and mint (if preferred) in a big bowl. Serve with the yogurt dressing if you like.
