Greek tortellini salad

Ingredients:
- 280g refrigerated cheese tortellini (2 1/2 cups)
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar

- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
