Greek style tossed salad

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes cut into cubes
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 3 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 seedless cucumber peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and cut into bite-sized pieces
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- olive oil for drizzling
- salt and pepper

- Mix together all the ingredients in a big salad bowl, leaving out the olive oil and lemon juice. Stir lightly to blend everything. Pour some olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, add salt and pepper as needed, and mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
