Greek salad pita sandwiches

Ingredients:
- tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cups chopped seeded plum or cherry tomatoes
- cup diced seeded peeled cucumber
- cup chopped green bell pepper
- /3 cup chopped red onion
- /2 cup chopped radishes
- /2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
- cup crumbled feta cheese (about 130g)
- 8-inch diameter whole wheat pita breads, halved
Instructions:
- Combine olive oil and red wine vinegar in a big bowl and blend them together. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
