Greek salad chicken pita

Ingredients:
- 450g tyson crispy chicken strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted, cut in half
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 pita bread pockets, cut in half
Instructions:
- Prepare the garlic paste by mixing together garlic and oregano in a small bowl. Place the chicken on a baking tray and sprinkle with half of the garlic paste. Cook the Crispy Chicken Strips following the instructions on the package.
- While the chicken is baking, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cucumbers, and the remaining garlic paste. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Once the chicken has cooled down, cut it into smaller pieces. Fill the pita pockets with the chicken, yogurt sauce, tomatoes, olives, and peppers.
