Grape and honey dew green salad with mint splash

Ingredients:
- 4 cups California green seedless grapes, whole, stemmed
- 6 cups honey dew melon, peeled and seeded and cut in 1-inch cubes
- Mint Splash (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup lime juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
Instructions:
- SALAD
- 1. Combine all salad ingredients.
- 2. Transfer to a fresh container, mark with a label and date, put your initials on it, and store in the refrigerator.
- MINT SPLASH:
- 1. Mix lime juice and honey until honey dissolves.
- 2. Stir in the mint leaves.
- Place in a fresh container, label it, date it, put your initials on it, and store in the refrigerator.
- This is also enjoyable to prepare with three different colors of grapes.
