Ginger salad

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup canola oil

- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Instructions:
