Garden pasta salad

Delicious garden pasta salad bursting with fresh veggies, tossed in a flavorful dressing. Perfect for a light and satisfying meal or a side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 340g whole-wheat orecchiette pasta
  • 1 medium English cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Follow the cooking instructions on the pasta package. After cooking, rinse the pasta with cold water, drain properly, and place it in a large bowl. Combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and dill with the pasta.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture to the pasta and toss everything together. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
