Garden fresh tomato basil salad with halloumi cheese from a clevercajun

Ingredients:
- 20-30 Fresh picked cherry tomatoes
- 10-15 Leaves of garden basil
- 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Block Halloumi cheese
- Seasoning of your choice
Instructions:
- Once the tomatoes and basil are washed, proceed to slice the tomatoes in half and thinly chop the basil leaves.
- Combine the halved tomatoes, sliced basil, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit while you prepare the Halloumi cheese.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet. Cut the Halloumi cheese into quarter-inch slices lengthwise. Place the Halloumi slices in the skillet and cook until they turn golden brown on one side before flipping them over to cook the other side.
- After the cheese slices have a golden-brown color, roughly chop them and add to the salad.
