Fully grilled caesar salad

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large (or 2 small to medium) romaine heart
- 1/2 baguette, halved lengthwise
Instructions:
- Prepare the dressing by combining Parmesan, lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Preheat a grill to medium to medium-high heat.
- Slice the romaine heart(s) in half lengthwise. Coat the exposed sides with oil and season with salt and pepper. Apply oil on the baguette.
- Place the romaine halves and bread on the grill with the cut side facing down. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes until they have a charred appearance without becoming too wilted.
- Serve the grilled romaine and bread warm. To present, place the whole romaine hearts surrounded by the bread slices and drizzle with dressing. Alternatively, slice the lettuce horizontally, arrange it in a bowl with the bread, and add the dressing on top.
