Fruit salad with spiced honey and thyme

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mild honey
- 1 star anise pod
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe chunks
- 1/2 cup honeydew chunks
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup green grapes
Instructions:
- Heat honey and 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat until it boils. Take it off the heat and mix in the star anise and thyme sprig. Allow it to cool down, strain, and keep it aside.
- Combine pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, red and green grapes in a large bowl. Drizzle half of the flavored honey over the fruits. Gently mix to coat the fruits. Add extra honey if desired.
