Fruit salad served in honeydew melon shell

Deliciously refreshing fruit salad served in a creatively carved honeydew melon shell, bursting with bright colors and tantalizing flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 3 slices seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Cut the honeydew melon in half and remove the seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh. Do the same for the papaya and cantaloupe. Slice the watermelon into big cubes. Mix all the fruits in a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Put the mixture into the hollowed-out honeydew rind for serving.
