Frisee salad with potatoes, apples, and hazelnuts

Fresh Frisee salad with a delightful mix of roasted potatoes, crisp apples, and crunchy hazelnuts. A harmonious blend of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • tablespoon hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds
  • cups frisee, torn into bite-size pieces
  • /2 cup Mustard-Roasted Potatoes
  • /2 apple, cored, thinly sliced
  • tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard Dressing

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350°. Place hazelnuts on a small baking sheet with edges, stirring occasionally, and bake until they smell good and become slightly darker, for about 6 to 8 minutes. Allow them to cool down, then roughly chop them.
  2. Mix frisee, potatoes, and apple with mustard dressing. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts on top.
