Ingredients:
- tablespoon hazelnuts, pistachios, or almonds
- cups frisee, torn into bite-size pieces
- /2 cup Mustard-Roasted Potatoes
- /2 apple, cored, thinly sliced
- tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard Dressing
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 350°. Place hazelnuts on a small baking sheet with edges, stirring occasionally, and bake until they smell good and become slightly darker, for about 6 to 8 minutes. Allow them to cool down, then roughly chop them.
- Mix frisee, potatoes, and apple with mustard dressing. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts on top.
