Fresh tomato and feta salad

  • 1/2 teaspoon honey

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes (or large heirloom if available), sliced 1/2-inch-thick
  • 1 small red onion, diced 
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves 
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, torn 

Instructions:
