Fresh peach & burrata salad
Indulge in the delightful combination of fresh peaches and creamy burrata in this vibrant salad bursting with flavor and texture.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet 2 mozzarellas (Burrata not Bufala)
- 2 peaches, 1 yellow and 1 white
- 2 small plums
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Cut the peaches and plums into slices and place them nicely on a platter. Tear open the burrata cheese and scatter it evenly on top of the fruits. Sprinkle the finely chopped basil all around and then drizzle with some olive oil.
- I presented this as a starter along with side servings of prosciutto, crispy olive oil toast, and a large fresh green salad!
