Fresh fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 450g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ pint blackberries, halved
  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled, halved and sliced

Instructions:

  1. For the dressing preparation, if preferred: Mix together yogurt, sugar, grated lime peel, and lime juice in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. To make the salad: Mix pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, and kiwi in a big bowl. Serve along with the optional lime yogurt dressing.
