Fresh asian chicken salad

Delight in the flavors of a tangy Asian chicken salad featuring crisp greens, juicy chicken, and a zesty vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
  • 2 cups torn salad greens
  • 1 small navel orange, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diagonally cut snow peas
  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
  • 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken with salt and apply 2 tsp. of the dressing.
  2. Warm up a nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan; cook for 2 minutes on each side until it's golden on both sides. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170F, flipping it occasionally. Cut the chicken into slices.
  3. Place the lettuce, oranges, peas, chicken, almonds, and carrots on two plates. Pour the rest of the dressing over the ingredients.
