Fresh asian chicken salad
Delight in the flavors of a tangy Asian chicken salad featuring crisp greens, juicy chicken, and a zesty vinaigrette dressing. Perfect for a light and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 2 cups torn salad greens
- 1 small navel orange, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup diagonally cut snow peas
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
Instructions:
- Season the chicken with salt and apply 2 tsp. of the dressing.
- Warm up a nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan; cook for 2 minutes on each side until it's golden on both sides. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170F, flipping it occasionally. Cut the chicken into slices.
- Place the lettuce, oranges, peas, chicken, almonds, and carrots on two plates. Pour the rest of the dressing over the ingredients.
