Fig & goat cheese salad

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of sweet figs and creamy goat cheese with this delectable salad. Perfect balance of savory and sweet notes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 dried figs, stemmed and sliced
  • 30g fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 ½ tablespoons slivered almonds, preferably toasted
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix together greens, figs, goat cheese and almonds in a medium bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Right before serving, pour the dressing on top of the salad and mix.
