Farmer's salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 preserved lemon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 3 mini bell peppers, sliced 
  • 1 cup goat's milk feta, crumbled 
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped 

Instructions:

  1. Combine the preserved lemon, olive oil, parsley, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a spacious bowl. Mix in the salad greens, bell peppers, feta cheese, and hazelnuts, combine well, and then plate.
