Endive and apple salad

Delicious endive and apple salad recipe perfect for a refreshing and nutritious meal. The crispness of endive combined with the sweetness of apple creates a symphony of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • /4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon minced shallot
  • teaspoon sugar
  • /4 cup canola oil
  • heads of Belgian endive, halved lengthwise, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces
  • cup torn escarole leaves
  • /2 medium Fuji or Braeburn apple, cored, cut into 6 wedges, thinly sliced crosswise

Instructions:
