Easy greek salad

Delight in the Mediterranean flavors with this simple Greek salad. Fresh veggies, olives, and feta cheese come together for a burst of taste in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped coarsely
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 110g feta, cut into small pieces
  • extra-virgin olive oil, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, celery, and olives in a salad bowl. Sprinkle oregano over the mixture and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Incorporate the feta and mix well. Allow the flavors to meld for 15 minutes before serving. Right before serving, top with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper as desired.
