Curry chicken salad

Indulge in the exotic flavors of curry chicken salad. Perfect blend of tender chicken, creamy dressing, and aromatic spices. A culinary delight!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (we used a rotisserie chicken) 
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins 
  • 1 shallot, diced 
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 

Instructions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl. Gently mix in the chicken, raisins, shallots, and celery. You can serve right away or store in the refrigerator. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
