Curried chicken salad

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves or jam
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (from 1 [1-in.] piece)
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken (from 1 whole rotisserie chicken)
- ½ cup red raisins
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion (from 1 small onion)
- ½ cup finely chopped celery (about 2 stalks)
- Salad greens or lettuce leaves
- Cracked black pepper, for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine yogurt, preserves, curry powder, Dijon mustard, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Mix until everything is well blended. Then, add chicken, raisins, onion, and celery. Gently mix until everything is well mixed and spread out evenly.
