Cucumber salad

  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the sour cream, vinegar, and dill in a large bowl by whisking together. Next, mix in the cucumber and red onion, and season with salt and pepper. Give it a good toss to make sure everything is well combined.
  2. You can either serve it right away or cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
