Cucumber and marinated seaweed salad

Ingredients:

- 3/8 cup miso (soybean paste)
- 1 cup sesame oil
- 6 cups shredded dashi kombu (kelp)
- 2 English cucumbers, peeled, seeds removed and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions:
- While the blender is on, gradually pour in the vinegar, salt, and miso one by one. Keep the blender running and pour the oil slowly in a thin stream. Coat the dashi kombu with enough dressing, let it sit for 1 hour.
