Crunchy winter salad of sunchokes, fennel & apple

Ingredients:
- 8 radishes, sliced thinly
- 6 sunchokes, sliced thinly
- 2 Gala apples, cored and sliced thinly
- 2 fennel bulbs, trimmed, cored, and sliced thinly

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
