Crunchy chinese salad

Ingredients:
- 1 large head Napa cabbage, chopped
- 5 green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 packages ramen noodles (discard soup flavoring)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 small package sliced almonds
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
- Combine cabbage and onions in a spacious bowl, then leave them aside.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Crush noodles into small pieces, then toast them with sesame seeds and almonds. Once done, let them cool and drain on paper towels.
- For the dressing, stir all components together and heat in the microwave to dissolve the sugar. Allow it to cool for approximately 20 minutes before use. The dressing can be prepared a day in advance.
