Crispy parmesan bowls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan
  • 8 cups prepared Caesar salad, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Take a large nonstick skillet and evenly sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese across the bottom to create a circle with a 7-inch diameter. Place the skillet on medium heat and cook until the cheese bubbles and turns lightly brown, approximately for 3 minutes. Take the skillet off the heat. Next, place a small bowl upside down on a cutting board. Once the bubbling subsides, around 1 minute later, delicately lift the cheese disk with a slim metal spatula and drape it over the bowl. Gently press down with the spatula to shape it into a bowl. Exercise caution, as the cheese is fragile. Allow it to cool down.
  2. Carefully take out the Parmesan bowl, transfer it to a plate, and fill it with Caesar salad. Present and serve.
