Creamy tomato, cucumber & feta pasta salad

Ingredients:
- 3 cups whole-wheat farfalle
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups thinly sliced mini cucumbers
- ½ cup diced fennel
- ½ cup pitted halved Kalamata olives
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
- Start by heating a big pot of water until it boils. Put the pasta in and cook it as instructed on the package. After it's cooked, drain the water, put the pasta in a big bowl, and wait for it to cool down for about 10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooling down, get a medium-sized bowl and place the garlic in it. Sprinkle some salt over the garlic and use a fork to mash it into a paste. Add buttermilk, mayonnaise, dill, and vinegar to the bowl. Mix everything together until it's well combined.
- Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, fennel, olives, and feta cheese with the pasta. Mix everything together well. Pour the dressing over the mixture and make sure everything is evenly coated.
