Creamy sesame-garlic tofu dressing

  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed or canola oil (or other high flashpoint oil)

Instructions:

  1. Use paper towels to press and remove any extra water from the tofu. Slice the tofu into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place a large skillet on high heat. Add oil and once it's hot, gently place the tofu in a single layer (be cautious of hot oil splatter). Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until at least 2-3 sides are golden and crispy.
  3. Place the seared tofu on some paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
