Instructions:

- Place a large skillet on high heat. Add oil and once it's hot, gently place the tofu in a single layer (be cautious of hot oil splatter). Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until at least 2-3 sides are golden and crispy.
- Place the seared tofu on some paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
