Creamy fruit & tortellini salad

Ingredients:

  • 1- 230g package, three cheese tortellini, cooked and cooled
  • 1- 310g can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 8-10 strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mix together tortellini that has been cooked and then allowed to cool, mandarin oranges, grapes, kiwis, and strawberries in a big bowl.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and poppy seeds in another bowl.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the tortellini and fruit mixture and gently mix together.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before you serve.
