Crab salad with mango salsa

Ingredients:
- 2 (4-ounce) tropical fruit cups, drained (about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 small jalapeno, ribs removed, seeded and minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup lump crabmeat
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Lime, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
- Tip: Make sure you have 4 parfait glasses or large wine glasses.
- To prepare the mango salsa: Mix the diced fruit pieces with the rest of the salsa ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.;
- Start by placing 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup of lump crabmeat, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream in each parfait glass. Continue layering until all ingredients are used up.
- Garnish with lime slices before serving.
