Crab salad

Ingredients:

  • 450g cooked Dungeness crab meat, picked
  • 4 avocados, peeled, pitted

Instructions:

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, adobo sauce, ketchup, and lime juice in a spacious bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix in the bell peppers and finely chopped cilantro. Incorporate the crab meat gently.
  2. Trim a small portion from the rounded part of the avocados to create a stable base for serving. Arrange the halved avocados with the flat side facing down on a serving dish. Fill each avocado cavity with the crab mixture, distributing evenly. Decorate with a sprig of fresh cilantro. Serve chilled.
